The project proposes to redevelop brownfield factories in Marghera, close to Venice.
It in as abandoned place but very interesting for the infrastructure who come here: there are highways, Sea Ports and railways.
The function is to startup a new highly innovative and technological factory who produce so but also to display their products to make them known, all in ecosotenibile manner. The building reuse natural resources for energy; from the sun to the water.
The fragmented geometry of typical factories of the seventeenth century IXX and is not sustainable. Then, through a study of archetypes, it is understood that the ideal setup is the one building at court.
The different heights are due to compliance with the master plan of the municipality in question.
We hope that this building is useful not only for what they produce but also for its good example.
