On December 04, 2017 in London there’ve been held the ceremony of awarding the winners of the international stage of the prestigious International Property Awards 2017/2018. The flagship project of the Renaissance Group of Companies - Neva Towers - has confirmed its status as the best project in Europe having received the Best of Europe title in two nominations – the Best Residential High-rise Development and the Best Mix-used Architecture and has also won the world award in the nomination the Best International Residential High-rise Development having become the first Russian world-winning project in that awards.

Each year the prestigious International Property Awards event attracts attention of hundreds of real estate companies from all around the world. The international team of 70 judges evaluates projects on base of their achievements in the sphere of design and architecture, quality and the level of service, innovations, concept originality and usage of modern energy-saving technologies. Initial stages of that contest are held all around the world including the regions of Europe, Africa, South-East Asia, the Middle East countries, Canada, the Caribbean countries, Central and South America, UK and USA. This year the International Property Awards ceremony has already been held for 26-th time. 

Receipt of the best in the world high-rise apartment complex title according to the International Property Awards is considered to be an honorable distinction for the professionals working in the property market and that puts Neva Towers on a par with the best world projects in the sphere of construction and architecture.
