In a quiet street in the village of Limmen was a small house with a huge garden in the south behind the house. This 80’s cottage was used as the starting point for a property of size. The main building was provided with 2 symmetrical outbuildings that enclose the terrace as a horseshoe on the garden side. Around this central terrace is the large living room, the kitchen and the master bedroom. On the 1st floor the children sleep.
The classic design adds seamlessly into the scenic surroundings between the detached bungalows and farmhouses. Modern materialization makes it a building of this age. The lofty layout with heavy roof beams give the interior a tough, rich atmosphere. Spaciousness is enhanced by moving the concrete floor from the inside to the outside. In the terrace there is a recessed sitting pit which does not interrupt the free view from the living area.
