The lot, located in the historic center of the Ragusa district, has a trapezoidal shape, the result of the subdivision of the early 1900s and is told by maintaining the original structure by exploiting the irregularity of the lot, satisfying the housing needs of the couple.
In this building: from cement tiles to tiles, from railings to Modica stone columns; thus realizing a distribution in a floor in a space recovered in all its splendor, enhanced also by a glass shaft.
The expansion of the floors has made it possible to create a sleeping area and a living room with a terrace overlooking the sea, natural and sustainable materials such as an external cork coat with a siloxane paint coating and a wooden covering with stratification of wood fiber insulators.
The studio took care of both the design and construction supervision of the building and the construction of some furniture.
