Surrounded on three sides by residential blocks, the hashtgerd building stands at the focal point in new part of hashtgerd city. The design achieves two primary goals, to deliver a prominent image at the urban level while is a green sustainable project.
To achieve that, hashtgerd office departs from a typical office building typology. so we designed a central courtyard with tall walls surrounding to have the most shadows inside. for the exterior facade, we designed very narrow openings to control light and prevent direct sun radiation and also used red bricks to create a warm and intimate atmosphere.
