Beijing Jinhai Lake International Resort – Creek Park Hotel | SYN Architects

The Creek Park Hotel by SYN Architects is the renovation project of a former resort. As the main creative concept, the designer decided to amplify the sensation of “natural wilderness” delivered by the venue. To this end, external appearance has been redefined by the generous use of local, natural materials as decoration. Viewing platforms have been placed between trees, while buildings and functional areas are now connected by meandering cloud-shaped corridors, scattered and positioned on different levels, delivering a lively atmosphere into the wilderness. Through expansion and transformation, the hotel has been redefined as the new top-luxury holiday destination to visit on the outskirts of Beijing.
