Con il secondo DRYMilano, continua la ricerca architettonica che si focalizza sulla ridefinizione del rapporto tra le persone all'interno dello spazio. Un tema che si fa evidente nella scelta di eliminare il filtro e le gerarchie tra lo staff e i clienti: rompere l’idea del bancone del bar come un altare laico. 

L’ambiente è fortemente caratterizzato dallo spirito del luogo e il progetto architettonico ha reinterpretato in chiave moderna lo stile dell’epoca a cui risale l’edificio che ospita il ristorante.

Gli interni colpiscono, innanzitutto, per le loro dimensioni e la divisone degli spazi ricorda quella del locale gemello di via Solferino. L’ingresso è occupato da un’imponente cocktail station dove è prevista la mise en place, organizzata in tre atolli e circondata dai tavoli comuni. La seconda sala, invece, è dedicata al ristorante-pizzeria.
Il decor mixa gli elementi d’epoca dello stile dell’edificio che lo ospita con altri più moderni, per un layout audace e contemporaneo.

With the second DRYMilano, the architectural research continues, focusing on redefining the relationship between people within the space. A theme that becomes evident in the choice of removing the filter and the hierarchies between the staff and the customers: breaking the idea of the bar counter as a secular altar. 

The ambience is strongly characterised by the spirit of the place and the interior design mixes period elements of the building's style with more modern ones, for a bold and contemporary layout.

The interiors are striking, first and foremost, for their size, and the division of space is reminiscent of that of the twin restaurant in Via Solferino. The entrance is occupied by an imposing cocktail station where the mise en place is arranged in three atolls and surrounded by communal tables. The second room, on the other hand, is dedicated to the restaurant-pizzeria.
