Tourism development is one of the main priorities of each country. For this purpose, commercial-tourist-recreational-residential complexes can serve as an important infrastructure for attracting tourists.
Hamadan province plays an important role in attraction of tourists with natural and artificial attractions. Also, in terms of mining of precious stones in Iran is unique. That's why it is a good place to build tourist attraction projects.
One of the most important tourism projects in this province is the Asia Jewelry Center. The project is located on an area of 126,000 square meters on the Alvand mountain range, near the village of Heydareh in the Hamedan’s Aftab city.
In this complex, all activities related to jewelry and precious stones from production to sales are considered.
The complex has a workshop, a business complex, a five star hotel, a Reception Hall, a restaurant, a museum, residential suites, an office tower, educational centers, therapeutic laboratories, exhibition spaces, service centers, mosques, banks and other recreational and tourism facilities.
In designing and locating all parts of the project, in addition to observing the principles and issues of the climate, the urban landscape and favorable view to Alvand Mountain has also been considered.
The structure of this project has been selected as a reinforced concrete, due to climate considerations and favorable fire performance.
