AT office is based in Trento in a satured area of the city consisting of multi-family buildings, some of which of remarkable architectural value. The existing space, at the ground floor of a building of the 1960ies, is located on a tree-lined boulevard running along by the river Fersina. The furniture project consists of an office space, a conference room, an archive and toilet facilities of a real estate agency. The volume, previously lowered, has been equipped with a glazed partition, coatings and both custom made and standard furniture.
The project responds to the need to accomodate the costumers in an intimate and familiar space, much more like a living room than an office, considering that most users turn to the agency for the sale or purchase of a residential property. This is an act in which different pratical and psychological needs unite and clash. So the free visual allows to see the road run along by the beatiful horse chestnuts, overlooked the Fersina, which with their green foliage help to create a relaxed atmosphere in the interior spaces. The balance between opposites that is necessary to make the most wise decisions is expressed by the warm – cold relationship through the use of materials such as beech wood and glass, or by contrasting dyes, white and orange of some objects, present in the agency’s logo too. Beech wood has been used for the floor, the ceiling and the lowered surface coating, accentuating the depth and space relationship. The external, tailor-made steel frame also helps to create a strong relationship between interior and exterior, at the same time enhancing the identity of the real estate agency.
Customized furnishings emphasize the deep, but especially very high space: the opaque white lacquered wardrobes come to the ceiling and give you the opportunity to take advantage of the many doors to file the pillows. The desk and console continue beyond the glass wall. Wood is a Baubuche beech microlumber of Pollmeier. Bathroom coverings are in a decorative paint and beige tiles. The partition between the rooms is made of extra-light stratified glass. The chairs give dusty notes to the work places. A wall treated with an innovative magnetized paint allows you to hang notes and drawings to have all the practices under control. A large white chandelier, with its soft and warm light, gives an intimate atmosphere to the work space.

 L'ufficio AT è localizzato a Trento sud in una zona satura della città caratterizzata da edifici plurifamiliari alcuni dei quali di elevato pregio architettonico. Lo spazio esistente, che si trova al piano terra di uno stabile degli anni '60, è situato lungo la strada alberata che costeggia il torrente Fersina. Il progetto di arredo comprende un ufficio, la sala riunioni, l’archivio ed i servizi di una agenzia immobiliare. Il volume già precedentemente ribassato è stato dotato di una parete divisoria trasparente, di rivestimenti, di arredi su misura, e acquistati sul mercato. Il progetto risponde all'esigenza di accogliere i clienti in uno spazio intimo e familiare, molto più simile ad un soggiorno che ad un ufficio, considerato che la maggior parte degli utenti si rivolge all'agenzia per la vendita-acquisto di un immobile abitativo. Questo è un atto in cui diverse necessità pratiche e psicologiche si uniscono e si scontrano. Così le visuali libere permettono di scorgere la strada costeggiata dai bellissimi ippocastani, affacciati sul Fersina, che con le loro chiome verdi aiutano a creare negli spazi interni un'atmosfera rilassata. L'equilibrio tra opposti che è necessario trovare per prendere le decisioni più sagge è reso dalla relazione caldo-freddo, attraverso l'uso di materiali quali il legno di faggio e il vetro, o da tinte opposte, il bianco e l'arancio di alcuni oggetti, presenti tra l'altro anche nel logo dell'agenzia. Il legno di faggio è stato utilizzato a pavimento, a soffitto e come rivestimento dell'area ribassata accentuando la profondità e la relazione spaziale. Anche il serramento esterno in acciaio, realizzato su misura, aiuta a creare una forte relazione tra interno ed esterno, valorizzando nel contempo l'identità dell'agenzia immobiliare. Gli arredi su misura enfatizzano lo spazio profondo, ma soprattutto molto alto: gli armadi laccati bianco opaco arrivano fino al soffitto e danno la possibilità di sfruttare le tante ante per archiviare i faldoni. La scrivania e la consolle continuano anche oltre la parete in vetro. Il legno è un microlamellare di faggio Baubuche della Pollmeier. I rivestimenti dei bagni sono in pittura decorativa e in piastrelle color beige. La parete divisoria tra gli ambienti è in vetro stratificato extra chiaro. Le sedie conferiscono note di colore polveroso ai luoghi di lavoro. Una parete trattata con un'innovativa vernice magnetica calamitata, permette di appendere note e disegni per avere tutte le pratiche sotto controllo. Un grande lampadario bianco, dalla luce morbida e calda, conferisce un'atmosfera intima allo spazio di lavoro.
