The apartment block has three recurring flats of approximately 220m2 each. The ground floor provides an open hall with a studio. Even though the design is simple, it has some creative features that make it unique. The living room's balcony surface was used to cover and maintain the privacy for the user's of the first floor. Finishes such as wood cladding, glass hand rails and use of concrete all give distinctive features to the simple design and thus making the apartments stand out from one another.
