Located at the heart of the village of Genolier, Switzerland, the building is surrounded by old houses. The plaster facade and the varied windows evoke the traditional architecture and enhance the charm of the village.

The building comprises 14 accomodations for young couples and elderly people.  A typical floor includes four apartments with 3.5 rooms each, situated at the four corners, providing a dual-face view. The balconies and the mezzanines reinforce the exterior-interior relationship.

All the distribution areas are in concrete, giving the space a strong sculptural character. In the apartements the walls and ceilings are covered with a thin white polish, while a dark parquet is used on the floor.

The façade is covered with brown striated plaste and the roof with brown terracotta tiles, making the volume to be treated as a single object, the roof becoming the fifth façade.
