To feel as if your work space were independent, not within an impersonal office building where you are just another employee, one of many, with no chance of personalizing your space, your relationship with other employees.

To work like a freelance but knowing that you are part of an enterprise and a collective responsibility named Norvento. To design an easily recognizable image to identify with, something different from what’s usual in office buildings. To come up with a simple architecture. So simple and logical that it comes across as subtle and emotive. No more screaming, no more sophisticated materials and complex architectures. A silent but highly attractive architecture. To draw attention? Yes, but to its elegance and discreetness. In this way architecture presents itself as the physical exponent of a corporate attitude. The design must clearly reflect the clarity of the program, where each department is immediately and independently identifiable, yet departments can easily relate to one another.
