The Site was located to match the Urban Morphology of the surroundings . The most Significant Landmarks of the area , is the emphasis of nature existence and fractal order , smooth transition between land uses , Sustained Zero Carbon environments .
The Glass , steel and precast concrete are the main Material Used to simulate the contemporary type of Architecture . the glass is used to make no boundaries in and out , all visible creating , a sense of there is no end and that building is part of that land , not a constructed building .
