Sophie and Annabelle | ALLARTSDESIGN

A café-bakery was named in honor of the daughter of the creators of the institution - girls with French names - Sophie and Annabelle. Immediately from the street you are greeted by a welcoming entrance group decorated with giant macarons - this place has become a popular photophone for guests and residents of the city.

The cafe-bakery is designed on the first floor in the building along Molodogvardeyskaya street, 182 in the historical center of Samara. The room is a complex layout, which houses an open bakery, behind a large stained glass window, a bar, a separate landing on the podium, two halls and a children's playroom in the form of a French carousel. There are no parallel walls in the room, but there are 3 large stained-glass windows.

As the brand of the chef of the French cafe and bakery "Sophie and Annabelle" - the Italian Andrea Gally spoke. Every morning fresh baguettes, croissants and various desserts are baked here. The menu of the cafe-bakery includes dishes created on the basis of classic French recipes. Classic and author's cakes, cakes according to traditional French recipes are created in the open confectionery shop.

The interior is filled with original elements of decor - some images that in different places reveal a French fairy tale, in compilation with bright firm desserts from chef-confectioner Natalia Kazakova. Here you can find a large book by Zhul-Vern, a fairy-tale flower column, a merry-go-round, a French facade with an original painting on glass. The abundance of a different format of chandeliers, with amazing lamps in the form of flowers, which, incidentally, was specially made by Japanese artist Sachie Muramatsu for our project. Lamp-flower is created from traditional Japanese paper "Vasi", which is made from naturally grown mulberry trees. Paper is processed and painted to reliably simulate huge hanging flowers. In the children's room there is a real house with windows, and on the perimeter we made a kitchen for the children - on Sundays the chef together with the children holds master classes, together they prepare interesting dishes right in the nursery.

According to the decision of the authoritative associations: Leaders Club International and Leaders Club Russia, the Cafe-bakery "Sofi and Annabel" entered the dozen of the best restaurant concepts of the 2016 Russian Prize "Palm Branch".
