The House design is based around the idea of using the traditional indonesian 'Joglo'. This Housing type has been around for hundred of years.
Located in the trendy part of the island between Canggu and Berawa, Rumah Mandalay is down a quiet road next to the river away from the noise, making it very relaxing place sorounded by lush vegetation.
In order to accomodate the clients request of 3 Bedrooms including ensuite bathrooms we extended the square house type to one side making the Joglo the living room and kitchen area.
The interiors are kept relative minimalist, polished concrete floors, textured plaster and Teak.
