Una cáscara de vidrio serigrafiado envuelve el edificio siguiendo la idea de las muñecas rusas. La doble piel que se forma permite un alto rendimiento bioclimático.
Como en los cuadros de Monet de la catedral de Rouen, el edificio genera distintas sensaciones según la hora y la meteorología.
