Il nuovo edificio residenziale è di nove piani fuori terra, per un totale di 19 appartamenti e tre piani di autorimessa con 76 box. Il progetto impiantistico elettrico e meccanico è basato sui più alti standard sia in termini di sostenibilità che di scelte tecniche orientate al risparmio energetico e all’efficienza. L’edificio, in Classe A, è dotato di un sistema di riscaldamento a pannelli radianti a pavimento con fluidi a bassa temperatura con una caldaia a condensazione da 150 kW e rendimenti utili superiori al 105%. Ogni unità immobiliare ha cronotermostati controllati dall’impianto di domotica. Ogni appartamento è dotato di ventilazione meccanica controllata con recupero di calore ad alta efficienza. Il sistema di condizionamento è del tipo VRV a volume di refrigerante variabile.

The new residential building is nine floors above ground, for a total of 19 apartments and three floors of garage with 76 boxes. The electrical and mechanical plant design is based on the highest standards both in terms of sustainability and technical choices oriented towards energy saving and efficiency. The building, in Class A, is equipped with a radiant floor heating system with low temperature fluids with a 150 kW condensing boiler and useful returns of over 105%. Each housing unit has chronothermostats controlled by the home automation system. Each apartment is equipped with controlled mechanical ventilation with high efficiency heat recovery. The air conditioning system is of the VRV type with variable refrigerant volume.
