Simplicity, brightness and elegance have been the guiding elements for this villa, overlooking the splendid scenery of Lake Maggiore.
The house has been perfectly integrated with a modern style in an environmental context by choosing a shape very simple and straightforward with the use of materials such as concrete, glass and wood.
The facade facing the lake is characterized by large windows that, when fully open, extend the living area and lunch area toward large terraces with the big pool in the middle, thus increasing the sense of outer space and giving the illusion of a much larger house.
With spacious gardens and terraces, the design focuses on outdoor living, with strong physical and visual ties to the natural landscape. Privacy is meticulously balanced with the panoramic views of the lake.
A staircase with corten steel structure connects the living area with the sleeping area.
Light is one of the most important elements of the project which was realized after a careful and targeted study.
The result is a simple but highly desired project and serves as a background to the scenography and life of the inhabitants.
