Designed by the SAOTA and ECAD Architect firms, the PORCELANOSA Grupo materials are the key to a unique set chosen thanks to the wide and elegant range of products and solutions offered by Posmoreti, included in the PORCELANOSA Associate program.

The bright ventilated facade stands out, built with Butech constructive solutions, combining L'Antic Colonial’s Quebec Classico limestone, the KRION® Solid Surface mineral compact, and the XLIGHT extra thin large-format porcelain tile in the XLIGHT BASIC Snow lines, and contrasting with the XLIGHT CONCRETE Dark cement surface. 

A plant-filled oasis, designed with the help of landscape architect Rodney Brown, creating many in&out connections. Large windows and skylights that connect both plant compositions and water elements, pool and fountains that give a touch of delicacy and luxury to the setting.

Structured into seven large common spaces and six rooms with views, the home boasts an exceptional outdoor covered kitchen area with living area. The furniture from the Gamadecor firm was chosen for equipping it with a URBATEK’s TOWN White resistant and bright flooring and the wall covering giving continuity to the facade with the XLIGHT BASIC Snow porcelain tile.

Destaca la luminosa fachada ventilada de la mano de las soluciones constructivas Butech que combina la piedra caliza Quebec Classico de L’Antic Colonial, en combinación con el compacto mineral KRION® Solid Surface y el porcelánico extrafino de gran formato XLIGHT en las colecciones  XLIGHT BASIC Snow y en contraste la superficie cemento de XLIGHT CONCRETE Dark. 

Un oasis lleno de vegetación diseñado con la ayuda del arquitecto paisajista Rodney Brown, creando numerosas conexiones in&out. Amplios ventanales y lucernarios que conectan  tanto las composiciones vegetales como los elementos de agua, piscina y fuentes que dan un matiz de exquisitez y lujo al entorno.

Estructurada en siete espacios comunes de gran magnitud y seis habitaciones con vistas, la vivienda presume de una zona excepcional cocina exterior cubierta con zona de estar. Para el equipamiento de ésta se eligió el mobiliario de la firma Gamadecor con un pavimento resistente y luminoso como TOWN White de URBATEK y en el revestimiento se da continuidad a la fachada con el porcelánico XLIGHT BASIC Snow.
