We wanted to live in Madrid, and we had available a very small housing with an entrance hall, a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen, all tiny, in 31 m2.
Our option was to find the greatest distance to expand the space. We crossed the 2 diagonals that had to be free, and to one side and another, we located the only two boxes that should be able to be isolated at some point, the room and the bathroom.
The rest, the possibility of a unique space of 24 m2, with six windows, where to cook-work-do sport and dance.
