RESTAURO DEL CASTELLO DI INVERIGO | General Planning

L’intero complesso è suddivisibile in quattro unità: la Villa Crivelli, il Torchio, le Carceri e le Cascine. Le prime tre di esse, pur mantenendo una chiara identità architettonica, costituiscono un corpo unico e articolato intorno a corti autonome. Posta sulla sommità della piccola altura su cui il borgo è stato edificato, questa la corte padronale di Villa Crivelli, si apre sul paesaggio verso est attraverso un portico di colonne binate e volte a crociera disegnato da Leopoldo Pollak. Tramite un attento lavoro di recupero, il progetto restaura e valorizza le caratteristiche peculiari dei diversi edifici in un quadro generale di salvaguardia del patrimonio storico racchiuso nel Castello di Inverigo. Nel suo insieme il piano prevede la realizzazione di residenze di pregio affiancate da funzioni supplementari di servizio quali lounge bar, ristorante, spa, centro benessere e parcheggi interrati.

The entire complex can be divided into four units: the Villa Crivelli, the Torchio, the Carceri and the Cascine. The first three of them, while maintaining a clear architectural identity, constitute a single body articulated around autonomous courts. Located on the top of the small hill on which the village was built, this is the master court of Villa Crivelli, opens onto the landscape to the east through a portico of twin columns and cross vaults designed by Leopoldo Pollak. Through a careful work of recovery, the project restores and enhances the characteristics of the different buildings in a general framework of preservation of the historical heritage contained in the Castle of Inverigo. As a whole, the plan provides for the construction of prestigious residences alongside additional service functions such as a lounge bar, restaurant, spa, wellness center and underground parking.
