The bed in the living room is disguised by sofa cushions by day, providing an additional sleeping space.

A dark, smoked oak wooden flooring and dove grey pigment paint visually enlarges the rooms and creates a calm basis. Purple and green fabrics, combined with a glossy white dining table add vibrant highlights.

Grey high-gloss furniture, dark wallpaper, shimmering silver compliment the modern appearance of this sleek apartment. The client invested £13k and, with this refurbishment, increased the monthly rent by 25%.
