The business approach to real estate development projects often puts architecture in a vulnerable state. The need to maximize salable areas, while making up the "sales product" with the least possible cost, promotes poor quality architecture in every way.

When we were invited to do this project, the question we asked ourselves was How to deliver a good architectural project with so many constructive and economic constraints?

The austerity in the architecture gives the possibility of focusing in the existing resources for the work of the most essential space. The creation of spaces with a good height - from a system of corridors and departments in duplex -, capable of generating a relationship between external conditions (light, ventilation, views) with interior spaces, and that can detonate good social relationships in the housing complex. The facades seek to be what they are, in their material and form, in order to avoid decorating them or, as they do in other cases, hiding a bad project with a skin.

We are convinced that architecture alone is capable of giving that added value that developers are looking for in order to be able to sell their buildings better.
