The house is designed and built in the modernism style on the shore of the Kiev Sea. Expressiveness of the visual image of the house is achieved through the composition of interpenetrating dimensions, pronounced dynamism of the yard facade. The planning solution, as well as the three-dimensional solution, is very laconically designed. Due to the large stained-glass windows, which occupy almost the entire yard facade of the house, a visual interrelation and maximum openness to the natural environment are provided. The planning structure is based on the principle of freely flowing spaces. The fireplace hall is visually highlighted in the interior due to the presence of double-light space. The main color of the walls of the house, both externally and internally, is snow-white. It emphasizes the rigorous geometric form and provides visual relationship of the internal space with the external. The yard terrace with swimming pools is a comfortable place for rest and leisure.
