SCHEME

- Primary area that incorporates the supermarket

- Shopping area surrounding the primary area with the following activities:

   - Cultural events and Kids Recreation

   - Food Court Stores - 08

   - Food Court – 416 places

   - Others Stores – 24

   - Covered Parking Lot – 675 places

   - Angeloni restrict area

ARCHITECTURE - General Concepts:

- Privilege the natural lighting to reduce energy consumption and consequently reduce the environmental impact, benefiting the health of the user of the building;

- Isolate heat sources and adjust the construction for better use of solar radiation-thermal Plates for water heating and photovoltaic panels for electricity generation;

- Look for the best balance of microclimate and topography relationship between the natural and the artificial environment (built).

- Use of the concept "CLEAN WORK" privileging the prefabrication (concrete and steel structures) by decreasing waste and abbreviating the construction period.

ARCHITECTURE-Materials:

- Renewable raw materials;

- Use of combings in the composition of the products;

- Manufacturer with acting socially responsible;

- Origin and manufacturing near the site to improve logistics and minimize the impacts of transport;

- Durability and adaptability according to the useful life of the product;

- Low environmental impact;

- Easy maintenance and cleaning products.

 HYDROSANITARY FACILITIES

- Rain water reuse;

- Hot water for thermal utilization sinks;

 - Garbage Separation;

- Effluent Treatment;

CLIMATE INSTALLATIONS

-Groups of ice water that use HFC type refrigerant, with ODP = 0 (ODP: potential for destruction of the ozone layer).

-Implementation of Term Accumulation tank which allows the shutdown of ice water at the cutting edge of electric power (HP), reducing the impact on the loading of the transmission lines at this time.

-Operation of the air-conditioning installation via BMS (centralized automation) which allows managing schedules and availability.

COLD FOOD FACILITIES

-Centralized Installation with the use of HFC type refrigerant, with ODP = 0.

-Use of secondary fluid in both the medium installation (MT) and low temperature (BT), with sharp reduction in Global warming potential (GWP) due to the small amount of refrigerant and reduce the risks of leakage.

-Use of performance enhancing techniques of Cold Food Chillers such as: cascade liquid subcooling (air conditioning cools the liquid Chiller (MT) Media and this low temperature Chiller (BT)), operation in very low temperature of condensation in the months of Demi-season and winter capacity control for temperature of fluid and not by pressure. All this results in values of TWP (Total warming potential) well below that of conventional installations.

-Use of fans with electronic type motors in air condensers, with effective reduction of consumption both in full charge and mostly at part load.

-Melting of the branches of low temperature secondary fluid heated by heat recovery from compressors, eliminating the use of electric resistances.

-Heat Recovery from compressors for water heating for cleaning and baths.

-Glass and resistances defogging of refrigerated counters with individual power control and adjustable according to the store's internal climate, reducing the overheating, common in such cases.

-Installation of fans on the bottom of the vertical counters for cold recovery normally lost and transfer for the installation of air conditioning.

-Frigorificis counters and forcers of coolers area with low consumption fans with a reduction of 75% of the energy consumed.

-Use of nocturnal curtains on vertical counters with that promotes the reduction of 30% of cooling thermal load at that time.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS

-Use of high efficiency lamps in every building, LEDs and similar;

-Drive plan that allows the command of illumination in a rational way;

-Use of presence sensors, timers and photocells for lighting command with the reduction in energy consumption

-Power generation is also a point that contributes to the optimization of facilities but which is only seen as sustainability item when used clean sources or fossil fuel *.

-Prediction of photovoltaic panels installation *.

ACCESSIBILITY

-System of ramps, toilets, tactile floor, others, according to NBR 9050;

-Mechanized equipment-treadmills and elevators.
