The designe house B2 with designer's signature of one of the leading Istrian designers Boris Ružić is located in the village Radetici in the surroundings of Sveti Lovrec, 20 km form Porec and 27 km from the picturesque Rovinj. The house has been built in the year 1980 and completely renovated and furnished in the year 2013. The facility consists of a 4-bedroom villa and a smaller guest house with also one bedroom. The following facilities on the property of 750 sqm are at guests' disposal: 24 sqm large swimming pool with hydromassage, a beautiful and with high class design furnished covered terrace with grill, a well-kept lawn with lavender, an eco-garden with vegetables and aromatic plants and two parking places.

Holiday villa with pool for in total 12 persons with a living area of in total 320 sqm + 45 sqm covered terrace consists of two completely air-conditioned houses. The Villa (250 sqm) consists of a very spacious ground floor in which is located a cosy living room, dining area with fireplace, a completely furnished kitchen and a shower/toilet. At the first floor there are two-persons’ bedrooms with two-person's beds, en-suite shower/toilet as well as one quadruple bedroom with two french beds (140 cm wide) a shower/toilet. In the attic there's one spacious two-persons’ bedroom also with double bed, fireplace en-suite shower/toilet. In the guest house (70 sqm) which is an old renovated stone house, there's a small living room at the ground floor and one double bed, a shower/toilet at the first floor.
