The earthy Corten-steel cassette facade in the exposed sides as well as in the ground floor as a robust base, the untreated local larch timber which will receive a reddish tone by constructive timber-frame construction, the conventional plaster facade, the “Gneiser“ dry stone masonry and the rough “Luserna“ natural stone terraces as well as the generous windows without frame, -glass sliding doors and glass fixed parts, are the central subjects of the facade creation .

The robustness of the natural materials reduces maintenance of the facade to a minimum. Local materials, the well-considered insights and views as well as the open plan solutions create the cosy and homy atmosphere of villa S.
