The Foria House

Our House – the name stems from the idea that we wanted an place downtown where we could invite our friends and guests — something more than your standard B&B. We imagined a home away from home that everyone could consider “theirs”. A house which was made to receive guests, entertain them, intrigue them and most of all, allow them to relax and get to know the city of Naples. Each room has its own, defined identity with a little story to tell. Inside, you can find objects that were lost and others that were found. Some were re-covered, recycled, up-cycled; while others we re-invented, re-used and transformed. Each object, with its own story and soul, blends seamlessly together with other pieces of design and art throughout the house. If you want, you can look at them, use them, read them, share them, admire them and in some cases even purchase them.In the spring time, it’ll feel like being in the countryside, when you enjoy your cappuccino and cornetto overlooking a lush, green gardens from the private balcony of your room. The perfect way to transform your vacation in Naples.

A getaway within your getaway – a moment of pure bliss and intimate meditation. In our House, you can make yourself feel at home, as you skim through your favorite magazine in the living room, abbandon yourself to conversation with other guests at the bar, relax and read a book on the many couches and lounge chairs, or sink back in a cozy chair on the balcony, watching the sun set over a glass of fine wine from our cellar.

Le abbiamo chiamate "House" perchè più di un solito format di b&b ci piaceva l'idea di ospitare amici e non nel nostro appartamento, in un angolo lontano dalla loro dimora che ognuno, nel suo piccolo, avrebbe potuto considerare come propria "casa". Una casa che accoglie gli ospiti per riposarsi, per divertirsi, per conoscere Napoli.

Ogni camera ha una sua personalità ben definita, una storia da raccontare.

Ci sono dentro oggetti trovati, recuperati, ereditati, re-inventati, riutilizzati e trasformati, oggetti che hanno un'anima e che si mescolano con armonia e semplicità a pezzi di design e opere d'arte. Potete osservarli, usarli, leggerli, e a volte comperarli.

Vi coccoliamo con una colazione di prodotti bio e "speciality coffee" nella salone o direttamente sul bancone della cucina, o nella spaziosa hall sulle poltrone di design contornate da tavolini "unici" di stile industrial

E in primavera vi sembrerà di essere in Provenza con un cappuccino e una brioche illuminati dal sole nel verde lussureggiante del giardino (sottostante a Bellini, Su Foria nostro esclusivo) che potrete contemplare dal balcone della vostra stanza. Per trasformare la vostra vacanza, nel centro di Napoli, un momento di intima meditazione artistica.

Negli spazi di "The Bellini House", "The Foria House" e "The Dante House" potrete muovervi come a casa vostra: sfogliare le ultime riviste d'arte e design nel salone, abbandonarvi alla conversazione con altri ospiti, rilassarvi leggendo un libro, sprofondati nella vecchia poltrona davanti al giardino, aspettando il tramonto sorseggiando un calice di vino.

Un nuovo concetto di relazione, incontro e "ospitalità" (nel senso di essere ospite) con lo spazio e con l'ambiente, sia all'interno delle visioni d'artista sia in rapporto alla casa e alle persone che la frequenteranno.
