Structure in stainless steel sheets thickness 2mm., sliding guides of the extraction plan complete in tempered cold drawn carbon steel, with high capacity loading capacity and absence of play. Isolated refrigerator cell with a monoblock structure in polyurethane with stainless steel base aisi 304 18/10 with rounded corners for easy cleaning. Cooling system for positive temperature (+4° c) constituted by a hermetic compressor, air-cooled condenser and evaporator fan with concealed froth in the back, and sides and ceiling of the structure. Evacuation system through condensate pan evaporation with electric heater. Total extraction drawers with magnetic closure in stainless mirror polished steel, with seals and door opening to 180° in mirror polished stainless steel aisi 18/10. Plan in sandwich coated fibreglass and epoxy thickness 35mm., external casing in poplar strips with polyester resin finishing (gelcoat) thickness 20 mm., internal housing and work plan in polished mirror stainless steel thickness 2 mm.
Handling mechanisms:
Electric sliding and lifting system in stainless steel 316 and alluminium 110 en aw 082/aimg4si built and assembled according to iso 9001 standards with the ce 200/42/ce-93/68 cee certification, transmission through reversable 12v and 24v dc and 115 v and 230v ac. Electric motor with continuous control. Wiring with flexible fireproof coating. mechanical movement limited by regulatable microinterruptors. Maximum sliding load 50kg., maximum lifting load 60 kg.
Finishing:
Upper level covered in a triple layer of metallized high resistence poliurethane with wide range of colours, polishing with various effect possibilities.
