Materials: 

Structure in stainless steel profiles of 2mm. thickness. Sliding guides on the extraction surface complete in hardened cold drawn high loading capacity no play carbon steel. Isolated refrigeration cell with mono-block structure in ecological polyurethane density 40 kg/mc. Without cfc gas. Internal walls and base in stainless steel aisi 304 18/10 with rounded corners for easy cleaning. Cooling system for positive temperature (+4° c) constituted by an air-cooled hermetic compressor with concealed froth ventilator , and evaporator at the back, sides and roof of the structure. Evacuation system through condensate evaporation pan with electric heater. Doors in thermal glass, seal and opening at 180° in polished mirror stainless steel aisi 304 18/10. Sliding and external case in sandwich coated fibreglass and epoxy, thickness 35mm., internal and work plan in polished mirror stainless steel thickness 2mm.

Handling mechanisms: 

Electrically operated sliding system made of stainless steel 316e aluminium 110 en aw 6082/aimg4si built and assembled according to iso 9001 standards with ce 2006/42/ce-93/68 eec certification, transmission via reversable continuous control electric motor 12v and 24v dc and 115v and 230v ac. Wiring with fireproof felxible coating. Mechanical movement controlled by regulatable microinterruptor. Maximum sliding load 50kg., maximum lifting load 60 kg.

 
Finishing: 

Top level and interior levels covered in triple layer metallic high resistance poliurethane with wide range of colours, with various possibilities for polishing effects.
