Corner housing constituted as a powerful volume of two levels differentiated by use and materiality. With concrete formwork in wood plank in superior plants, and with coating of slats of steel in black in the inferior one. In continuity, the outer courtyards are built in black deploye.

With a park and a green boulevard as an immediate environment, the house must maintain privacy, while allowing to enjoy the excellent views. For this reason, few holes are projected, but of great dimensions, and strategically placed to facilitate the most distant views. As compensation, a large central patio is built fully glazed that articulates the interior of the house.

The ground floor corresponds to the public and leisure uses of the house (in addition to the parking), being completely opaque to the street, and open to the interior patios. This provides the necessary privacy in an urban environment, while it is possible to link interior with exterior through large windows in ground floor.

The uses of housing are developed on the first floor, as a daylight area, and on the second floor as a night area. Both plants open to the outside through large holes made in the concrete prism, and turn to a large interior central patio, providing high natural light intensity and cross ventilation in all interior spaces.

Inside, large format porcelain flooring, with continuous floor appearance, even in patios. Continuous ceilings with linear indirect lighting. The vertical communication block brings the texturized concrete to the interior of the house.

The mass and resounding character of the exterior contrasts with the warmth and quality of detail in the interior spaces.
