In a land which is already strongly anthropized, the places, the scenarios, its colors, its smells and its naturalness become the opportunity to realise a project that want to stand as an added layer and as a sort of removable tracing paper resting on an unspoilt area. The intent is not to alter it but only to overlap temporarily on it.

The idea of the simple wooden platform laying gently on the ground and taking advantages of the natural unevenness of the land to becomes something different was born by the need of “overlapping”. It becomes a solarium, a relax area, a bar, a restaurant, jacuzzis, cabins and trails to stroll by the sea and on the sea.

The morphology of the platform will change depending on its functions, it is changeable because it insinuates itself into the existing Mediterranean scubland without any pretension of mimesis: it begins his dance starting from the road axis and nosing its way between the rushes and the empty spaces lacking of vegetation. It overlooks the rocks as if to determine the union between the land and the water.

Relaxation, meditation, entertainment and refreshment are the outstanding features for those who like to relax by the sea even during the hottest hours of the day.
