Client’s over-the-top life style and environmental cognizance were two factors to consider in the design development, Apart from the two criteria neat & immensity of the spaces were to address also. Placement of prominent projections and cubical formation and open colonnade are distinct elements in elevation. All three dwelling at saket 2 has court-yard in the centre were common. The purpose of court-yard has been reformed in this case, now the element is enclosed and hot air discharge is from top.
Interior spaces are defined following the architectural space, It is propose to keep low maintenance and subtle in nature. Landscape is very much interlocking with architectural projections at ground level.
