L’obiettivo dell’intervento è stato quello di valorizzare l’ edificio con un’azione di rinnovamento radicale aggiornandone l’immagine, rinnovando gli impianti e dotando gli spazi interni delle caratteristiche tipiche di un moderno edificio per uffici flessibile ed efficiente, adeguandolo alle normative attuali in materia di salute e sicurezza. L’ intervento ha dato vita ad un edificio moderno, attuale dal punto di vista energetico e dal forte impatto architettonico. Rispetto alle vie Fulvio Testi e Sarca, l’edificio acquista una visibilità e una riconoscibilità completamente nuova. L’edificio ospiterà la nuova sede della banca ING Direct.

The aim of the intervention is to valorize the building with a radical renovation action by updating the image, renovating the facilities and providing the interior spaces of the typical features of a modern, flexible and efficient office building, adapting it to current rules about health and safety. The intervention has given birth to a modern, energy – efficient building with a strong architectural impact. Compared to the streets of Fulvio Testi and Sarca, the building acquires a completely new visibility and recognizability. The building host the new headquarters of ING Direct bank.
