The idea behind this project came from the Italian flag: its three
colors are here expressed through specialities from the Italian cuisine.
Materials like Carrara's marble, leathers and pine wood give value to the
straight, modern furniture, surrounded by huge secret views of Italy,
printed on the walls. Each color of the flag customizes one of the three
men. inside the restaurant: green like the olive oil, white like the ice
cream, red like the tomato sauce, bringing a touch of mediterranean, Bel
Paese atmosphere.
