Architectural planning, interior design and lighting concept for a private home with a very unique schema.
The entrance lies opposite a patio that is open to the sky, with a waterfall at the end, which flows from the pool towards the basement.
There is a private wing (a residential unit) to the right and a wing with public space (dining area, kitchen, living room) to the left of the entrance.

The master bedroom looks out onto the pool; its exit goes directly into the well-kept gardens.
At the basement level, there is a work room (study), a play room and an exhibit of collectible cars, surrounded by glass walls.
The entrance to the compound crosses over stairs and concrete stepping stones, set into landscaped areas. A decorative pool greets the visitor, and beyond it, an impressive cube/ark is displayed, which is coated in Corten steel (rust-like appearance). At the front, there’s a concrete pergola.

The entrance level features tiles with the look of smoothed concrete, glass walls looking out onto the central patio, and in the public spaces, there is lightening above fabric stretched across the ceiling, and steel cross-beams.

In this project, we created maximum interaction between the house’s interior and its exterior, in spite of the many functions it includes. Together with this, we maintained a very clean look for the main front of the building without too much exposure.

The combination of materials, part of which is different from others in its character, still keeps a clear line and follows a unified design language.
