ESKEMA arquitectos designed the new Panduit offices in Mexico City where they also integrated a showroom and a training room for third party certification by the brand. The distribution is strategically designed to allow the common areas to be separated from the private space with a non-linear design that guides employees and visitors without any physical barriers, so they could host events without disturbing the rest of the team.

An important part of the design was leaving the showroom and site visible from the the area entrance, this is the central part of the project, since technology plays a vital role in the design to show the nature of the company. The identity and dynamic force of space are activated with graphics throughout the office and the neutral palette of gray tones contrasted with vivid colors, creating a technological feeling with a cozy atmosphere.

The space combines a mix of fun and social environments that encourage collaboration, as well as a dedicated area, separated for tasks that demand greater concentration. In the private area there is an open cafeteria designed to promote socialization and at the same time creates the feeling of an intimate atmosphere with a great view of the city; an open living room with multiple seating options, including an expansion area to support different working styles and meetings.

The result is a distinctive and attractive interior that engages both staff and clients, while representing the culture and values โ€‹โ€‹of the company.
