Guava Residence is a 5-bedroom, 600 square meter high end residence located by a cul-de-sac with a private park and plenty of greenery.
The concept of the house was to take 3 basic blocks, the carport, service area and main house, and to zone the house in order to achieve a very open plan for entertaining and encouraging close proximity within the family.
The lot was also located along the gated community's perimeter, a courtyard scheme was applied to provide a pocket garden for the family, avoiding noise from the highway outside.
