The region is characterized by the presence of fishermen, carpenters, farmers, and a region that despite the set back level presents a historic and strong folk quality, to preserve and to make the great treasure of the new Resort.

It is planned for 3 bungalow areas, in the wooded lot destination, fitopiscina, Provencal wells for natural air conditioning (no electricity and no heat pumps), and extensive use of wood. It allocates the organization about the lot destination for agricultural areas to be grown in the local cooperative, composting station, first aid for the population, the public library and internet point. Creazine of streets, squares, all in sand always inspired by local tradition and to the families that make up the basic cell of each of the village. the structure remains in such a flexible way, it can be built in parts, zero environmental impact, but rather the preservation of traditions and local culture strongly characterized by a school of crafts production.
