Project location is Arnavutkoy/Istanbul.It is desired to separate the parts that do not come out from the console area.By raising the parapets in different positions on the facade, it was tried to achieve architectural bi-mobility. A rhythm was created at the front using parapets in different positions on each floor.There are g+2 floors totally. Surface continuity was used as an architectural language defining the facade of the building.There are 2 apartments in each floors.Ground floor has extended as concole bacuse of natural slope of plot in front facade. The 1st basement and ground floor are used together as reverse duplex.First floor and second floor have 2 apartments as lıving room +2 rooms. Rooms are not self contained. They use one common bathroom. Building has one stair and elevator. Roof floor is using 60 percent of normal floor becaus of local governmet laws. Roof floor has access from second floor inside stairs. Roof floor and second floor apartments is usable as dublex.
