The “Equis” series is ruled by the searching of maximum simplicity, through the traditional union of recycled pieces from Galician chestnut beams, recovered from demolished structures.
For the design of this series, the Golden Section was used as guide, guaranteeing a good proportion and constructive balance.
The simplicity of the proposal allows the generation of a range of furniture, very versatile and flexible, with few elements.
The whole series starts from the model “Equis-001”. From this element arises the rest of the pieces, inspiring the designing of chairs, to tables, loungers, magazine racks, luminaires, etc.
The first idea arised in 2003, for the rehabilitation and extension of the Gran Hotel-Spa in Guitiriz, and nowadays the collection consists of 11 elements in continuous enlargement, according to the demand of our products.
