Kinfolk is a brilliant magazine with a minimalistic aesthetic, curated design editorials and a cult following. They opened the Kinfolk Gallery in Copenhagen to connect with their audience beyond their HQ in the US.
The intention of the interior is as a collaborative space where people share ideas and showcase their work, as well as an open office space with an informal, understated atmosphere.
The gallery was designed by Norm Architects, who created discrete seating crafted with Sorensen Leather for Kinfolk's cosy enclaves and window sills. Our leather is also featured on the Afteroom Bench at the Gallery designed by @Afteroom_Studio and produced by Menu A/S @menuworld.
Sorensen Leather was one of the collaborators specially selected for the The Kinfolk Gallery, along with B&O Play, Vitra, Menu, Muuto, Paustian, Reform and Dinesen.
