Apartment 90 sqm, 2 bedroom in Tel Aviv.

The building from 1950 and the apartment looked Accordingly, moldering old and poor maintenance mode after years of rentals by many partners.

The apartment was divided into three bedrooms and a shared kitchen. Without a living room and no balcony.

The design concept was formulated and lead to the new design is - The Urban Rhythm and is derived from the location of the apartment in the city center, near Basel young & lively compound on the one hand, in front of a synagogue on the other hand, and just few steps from more major junctions of Tel Aviv. The ambiance is very urban, rhythmic and versatile.

Large square public space inviting and the entrance is via a spacious lobby with small special seating area.

The public area was designed so divided into four different spaces with different atmosphere, different seating and other functionality which gives a lot of wealth and interest in a built-up kitchen - living room - patio and balcony.
