Clever Park | small entrance group | VOX Architects

A Large-scale project development of Clever Park business center is the result of successful collaboration between Alfa-Story construction company and Boris Voskoboynikov architectural studio since they were working together on Koltsovo (Yekaterinburg airport).

The client uses VOX architects projects with great attention and almost everything is realized unchanged. The bureau designed all important elements forming the face and image of the business quarter: entrances, the management company office, navigation, restaurants and cafes.

Small entrance leads into a real estate development office Alpha Story. That is why the entrance is solved in the same design style as the office: concrete walls, natural materials and modern finishes tehnologichenye solutions. Customer acted as a construction company, and the maximum quality construction works without compromise: a complicated reception desk Corian, real concrete walls, the real metal floor, even a timber, which serves as a lounge area, were brought from the local forests.
