The steep and irregularly shaped terrain attracted the attention of the owner both for the location on the slope, with the free view to the future golf course of the allotment, as much for the opportunity: being an end-of-court plot, it was in better conditions of acquisition than The other lots.
In this context, the architect was approached by the future client before the acquisition of the lot: it was necessary to know if the land would accommodate the desires of the new address.
The 15m free span and the preference for a large house that took advantage of the entire main program of the dwelling on the ground floor were the first requirements for designing the project party.
The choice of the structural system was made to allow free space and also to achieve more agility and less waste during the work.
The slope of 14m made it possible to rent the house 8m above street level. This choice brought total privacy to the pool area and maximum integration with the beautiful landscape of the Japi Mountain Range.

O terreno íngrime e de formato irregular chamou atenção do proprietário tanto pela localização em aclive, com a vista livre para o futuro campo de golfe do loteamento, tanto pela oportunidade: por ser um terreno de fim de quadra, estava em melhores condições de aquisição que os demais lotes.
Nesse contexto, a arquiteta foi procurada pelo futuro cliente antes da aquisição do lote: era necessário saber se o terreno acomodaria os desejos da nova morada.
O vão livre de 15m e a preferência por uma casa ampla que aproveitasse no pavimento térreo todo o programa principal da moradia foram os primeiros requisitos para a concepção do partido do projeto.
A escolha pelo sistema estrutural se deu para possibilitar o vão livre e também para conseguir mais agilidade e menos desperdício durante a obra.
O aclive de 14m possibilitou a locação da casa 8m acima do nível da rua. Essa escolha trouxe ao mesmo tempo total privacidade para a área da piscina e integração máxima com a bela paisagem da Serra do Japi.
Os acabamentos são todos simples. O próprio aço, pintado em tons de marrom, cimento queimado no piso e revestimento apenas em algumas paredes do banheiro. Toda casa segue o mesmo padrão de cimento queimado, tanto em paredes como piso.
Diariamente, o sol aparece lentamente sobre as águas da piscina. No pavimento térreo, distribuem-se a sala de estar e jantar integrada com a cozinha, lavanderia, lavabo, e para os fundos do lote, três suítes, sendo uma dedicada ao casal, uma para hóspedes e a terceira para o futuro bebê da família.
No pavimento inferior, garagem e casa de máquinas da piscina. No superior, sala de tv e escritório.
