This house has 3 apartments but actually functions as a residential villa: all is connected yet each unit is separated... The investors are my dear clients how are a joy to work with: strong opinioned but still very respectful to my ideas, it a pleasure to work for them. The position is really special since it is at the sea, like 5m from the water front and architecturally it is positioned between two old stone houses! It was really challenging not to interrupt the typical Dalmatian story: stone-water-wood... I like it and most important so do the owners! :-)
