ITA: L’architetto Simone Micheli, dopo la Pizzeria Zero Zero, firma anche gli interni di BIVERO - Pizza Academy, la scuola di pizzeria annessa al Ristorante. Uno spazio lucente e ben chiaro in cui imparare i segreti autentici dell’arte culinaria. Le superfici sono lisce, i tagli netti, gli angoli sono definiti affinché il risultato sia un luogo attento alla funzionalità ma avvolto da un’energetica aurea di bellezza. Le fattezze spronano l’uomo al movimento ed all’impegno invitando l’animo a non perdere mai di dinamicità e voglia di fare. Sul pavimento tracce di passi indicano i percorsi da seguire mentre una puntuale illuminazione rende la scena evidente e l’approccio agli arredi diretto. Gli specchi riflettono piani e gli schermi moltiplicano le immagini, cosi da far sì che lo spazio modifichi le sue caratteristiche sulla base dei differenti punti di vista dell’uomo.

Il logo che contraddistingue la Pizza Academy si ripete ritmicamente e si scompone con armonia, divenendo il leitmotiv costitutivo della carta che copre le pareti e decora le superfici specchiate. Attenzione massima è volta all’ergonomia di spazi ed ambienti affinché i risultati del buon lavoro siano garantiti non soltanto dall’impegno di ciascuno ma inoltre grazie all’abilità del luogo nel dare risposte pienamente soddisfacenti ai bisogni dell’uomo.

Il principio di funzionalità diventa la linea guida di una progettazione curata e focalizzata alla completezza, all’interazione ed all’intensità sensoriale. Una parete trasparente divide la Pizza Academy dall’Area Restaurant al fine di offrire al visitatore l’idea di un continuum spazio-temporale in cui trascorrere piacevoli momenti all’insegna del buon gusto.
Il concept che anima l’accademia si pone come base per un franchising originale e creativo che avrà sede in tutta Italia e non soltanto.

The mirrors reflect surfaces and the screens multiply images to ensure the space modifies its characteristics based on different points of view.
The rhythmically repeated and harmoniously distinguished logo of the Pizza Academy becomes the constructive leitmotiv of the paper covering the walls and decorating mirrored surfaces.
The maximum attention is driven to the ergonomics of the surfaces and locations in a way that the results of the good work are guaranteed not only by the commitment of each but also by the ability of the place to give the fully satisfactory answers for human needs.
The functionality principle becomes the guideline of a careful design and focuses on completeness, interaction and sensory intensity. A transparent wall divides the Pizza Academy from the Restaurant area in order to offer the visitor the idea of a space-time continuum in which to spend pleasant moments in the spirit of good taste.
The concept that livens the Academy is the basis for an original and creative franchising which will have its locations in Italy and not only.
