The mandate was to create a stimulating environment and to diversify the workspace, by eliminating barriers between employer and employees as well as offering a variety of work experiences, adapting to different personalities.


To break down certain barriers the workstations are identical, regardless of the employee's title at the company. Seemingly, while the conference rooms can be used as a private space, the glass walls allow for a degree of transparency into the meetings. 


Starting from a completely raw and bare space, the conceptual strategy revolves around offering employees of the office a variety of common areas, semi-private and private spaces that encourage interaction and communication. Whether through the conference rooms, the kitchen space or the coffee counters, meeting areas are placed widely throughout the office.
