We live in walled surroundings, where quite often, all that sits within may change but the walls remain stubbornly static.

Pixel tiles challenges this norm and offers the opportunity for change as often as the user’s mood. Vertical, horizontal, random – you can reconfigure at will. The fixed wall mounted female tile, enables the male pixel peg to relocate wherever, whenever, via a three dimensional magnet. This unique and entertaining system also provides, as part of its repertoire, a versatile, simple, shelving system.

The system is based on modular tiles subdivided by a grid of recessed squares. The geometrical pattern becomes points where a pixel peg can be located and fixed in position by a magnet.

The pegs can have a square profile (25 mm x 25 mm) and so purely be decorative, allowing the user to change the pattern on the wall and play with the changing look of the space. Alternatively the inserted pegs’ profile could be 25 mm  x 140 mm, thus allowing items to be hung from them, or to create adaptable shelves by placing the pegs in a row.
