The building contains and organizes, separating them spatially and visually, the spaces for teaching and support staff, research laboratories and a business incubator with premises related services and administration, all connected by a porch and routes protected.
The classrooms are all located in the new construction, in a position close to the main entrance and introduced the first courtyard, separated from the street by a large window wall, home to tall trees and has a filter and distribution.
The second courtyard, inside and whose top closure allows the creation and maintenance of a winter garden, it is bordered by the laboratories instead, on two levels, and organized a drive that each comprise a laboratory three workrooms, and the premises of 'incubator, all open to an interior where glass and metal catwalks and ramps allow connections.
